Our History.
Our story began over a century ago on our family’s farm, nestled in North-East Victoria. For generations, we’ve practiced sustainable land management, focused on maintaining the natural balance of the land. Over the years, our family farm became a model for eco-conscious land stewardship, a commitment we continue to uphold today.
As invasive blackberries began taking hold in the waterways on our property, we encountered a unique challenge. Due to the proximity to water sources, chemical solutions were not an option as well as going against our eco-conscious views. That’s when we turned to goats. Our hardy herd became our natural solution, thriving on the overgrowth and restoring balance to the land.
Seeing the success of this approach, we realized the potential to help other landowners in similar situations and founded Goatforce. Today, our goats roam beyond the borders of our family farm, helping clients achieve chemical-free weed management that supports the environment, protects water quality, and celebrates our commitment to sustainability.
